I was the first to define Dose's brand voice, beginning to draft a tone-of-voice guide on day 1 and enlisting the senior brand manager as my gut-checker. Following a full marketing team build-out, my deck was presented to the team as a key strategy and foundation for a cohesive brand identity.
Brand positioning
In partnership with a newly hired VP of Marketing, I wrote positioning statements based on the outcomes of a brand strategy meeting. These positioning statements were integrated into the final brand marketing strategy, presented to the team by the VP of Marketing.

When my positioning work was adapted into territories for consumer insights, one of my original lines stood out: "make a measurable difference in your life and your lab results.” This line was unifying in consumer research, with 8 customers and 8 prospects responding to it directly and positively. This result gave the team a clear signal to rally the broader brand strategy around, turning a single sentence from a positioning statement into connective language across the brand.
